Nikki joined Kingsley Napley LLP as a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Team in October 2010 having trained and qualified at Browne Jacobson LLP.
Nikki acts for private individuals, businesses, insolvency practitioners and public sector bodies in a wide range of disputes. She has a reputation for providing clear structured advice, always taking into account the commercial issues relevant to each client.

She is focused on understanding the sectors that her client’s work in and has considerable experience of dealing with civil fraud matters. She also has an excellent track record at mediation and is always quick to consider alternative dispute resolution.
Recent experience
Her recent experience includes:
- Advising the respondent to a search order served by a JSC BTA Bank as part of a number of legal actions issued by the bank to recover over £6.8billion
- Representing a major Middle Eastern Conglomerate in relation to a civil fraud claim with actions in England, Switzerland, the BVI and the USA
- Defending an action brought in the commercial court by a group of over 500 claimants, relating to a number of tax avoidance schemes with allegations of dishonest assistance and breach of trust
- Representing a premiership footballer in relation to a contractual dispute
