Neil joined the Real Estate Practice area of Kingsley Napley in November 2007. Prior to that Neil spent many years as a Partner at London firm, Russell-Cooke.
Neil has a significant level of experience in acting for investors and developers in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. He has particular expertise in acting on high value portfolio acquisitions and disposals, site acquisitions for development, conditional contracts and the drafting of complex overage provisions as well as Landlord and Tenant matters. He has acted for clients in the acquisition of substantial development sites and multi-million pound portfolios.
