Moji Oyediran is a solicitor with several years experience of advising private and corporate clients on all aspects of UK immigration matters.
She rejoined in September 2011 having previously been with the team from September 2002 until August 2007. Moji specialises in advising on applications for Tier 2 sponsor licences, sponsorship under the Points Based System (PBS), advising on non PBS applications for leave to enter or remain in the UK, applications under European law and British nationality applications, including complex applications.
Moji holds an LLB Law degree and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London.
