Liam joined the Real Estate Practice area of Kingsley Napley in January 2007 and was promoted to Partner in May 2007. He was previously with Norton Rose and RPC.
Liam has extensive experience of all aspects of commercial property work including investment, landlord and tenant, secured lending and development acting on behalf of a wide range of investors, developers and corporate occupiers. He also acts on sales by Receivers and Administrators and handles high value residential property matters.
In addition, Liam has particular experience of office developments and portfolio acquisitions and also acts on corporate share and asset transactions.
