Keith McAlister is head of Kingsley Napley's corporate and commercial practice area.
Keith joined the firm in February 2008 from a leading South East firm, having previously spent over ten years in the City.
Keith works closely with shareholders, directors, investors and other professional advisers and is an expert across the corporate board from start-ups to flotations or sales. Keith's clients span all sectors, from media to insurance to sport and beyond.
