Hilary  works with companies and individuals on all manner of immigration and naturalisation applications but particularly applications under the Points Based System for companies, investors and highly skilled migrants.  She has many clients starting businesses in the UK particularly in the field of financial services. 

Over the past year Hilary has spearheaded the firm's response to the Points Based System, including liaising at the highest level with the UK Border Agency on policy queries, sitting on one of the UKBA/employer task forces, organising seminars and workshops with the UKBA and clients on various aspects of the new system, handling our initial licence applications, and devising and delivering training to clients.

Hilary  graduated with a law degree in 1970 and got a Masters degree in Law in 1971 from the London School of Economics.  She taught law to undergraduates for the next 10 years before qualifying as a solicitor.  Hilary  worked at Clinton Davis and Co and then the City practice Simmons and Simmons leaving as a partner in 1999 to join Kingsley Napley.
