Helen Smith is an Associate in the Immigration department at Kingsley Napley.
Helen advises on all aspects of business and personal immigration including Tiers 1, 2, 4 and 5, entry clearance applications, appeals and applications for leave to enter and remain under the immigration rules. Helen has recently handled four immigration appeals, winning three and taking the final one to the Upper Tribunal. She also handled several high-profile Investor applications and various complex EU or human rights related cases.
She acts for large and small corporates in a variety of sectors as well as high net worth individuals and other private clients. Before joining Kingsley Napley LLP, Helen trained with Berwin Leighton Paisner. She then worked in legal publishing for PLC and has also worked for Amnesty International Australia and for Wesley Gryk Solicitors.
Helen is a member of ILPA.
