Hanan joined Kingsley Napley in 2011 as a Deputyship assistant. She is part of the specialist Court of Protection and Deputyship team at Kingsley Napley, providing administrative support to Court of Protection Deputies dealing with the affairs of individuals who do not have mental capacity to manage their own property and financial affairs.
Hanan’s role also involves liaison with clients and their families, the Court of Protection and the Office of the Public Guardian. The range of Deputyship work where she provides support includes the preparation of income and expenditure reports, payment of invoices, obtaining monies from the Court Funds Office and upkeep of detailed documentary records in relation to an individual’s financial affairs.
