Duncan specialises in all aspects of family law relating to children, including in particular issues arising from international child abduction and cross-border adoption, and is listed as a specialist in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
He is also dual qualified, having qualified first in Victoria, Australia in 1994 and again in this country in 2000. He is a regular contributor to a variety of legal periodicals.
As may be expected, Duncan undertakes a regular pilgrimage to Australia to visit family and friends. He enjoys quiz nights and trivia and, at the other extreme, gardening.
