David is a Solicitor specialising in criminal law. He completed his training contract with Kingsley Napley in September 2012.
David advises in relation to general crime defence including police station representation. Rather uniquely, he has substantial knowledge of computer and internet crime and is well placed to advise in relation to investigations involving forensic IT evidence and cellsite data.
Prior to training as a solicitor, David studied Computer Science at Thames Polytechnic and worked as a computer programmer. He is a successful musician having enjoyed a long career with the band Blur.
He studied for the GDL and the LPC at BBP Law School and began his legal career as a paralegal at Edward Fail Bradshaw and Waterson Solicitors.
