David joined Kingsley Napley as a trainee in September 2010, after spending a year as a paralegal at Edward Fail Bradshaw and Waterson. His current seat is in the dispute resolution department and previous seats include private client, employment and criminal litigation.
David’s areas of experience include:
- General criminal defence, including police station representation;
- Preparation of wills, obtaining and administering probate, tax matters, and issues relating to trusts;
- Employer and employee matters, including case preparation for Tribunal hearings.
Recent experience
- defended a company against a claim from former employee who had been dismissed after physically attacking another staff member;
- advised a large firm of solicitors regarding a team move;
- acted for various clients who had been unfairly dismissed by their employers;
- served as Court of Protection Deputies.
