Ashley Norman gained experience at a niche firm in Central London where she advised Japanese nationals and Japanese corporations on their immigration matters. As such, Ashley is learning Japanese and attends weekly lessons.

Ashley assists all fee earners in the Immigration department. She is able to advise employers and private individuals on Points Based System and non-Points Based System applications, applications under European law, Citizenship applications and indefinite leave to remain applications.

Ashley volunteered for the Citizens Advice Bureau for a year where she gained experience in many other aspects of law such as, Employment Law, Debt Finance, Welfare Benefits and Family Law to name but a few. She also volunteered for Bail for Immigration Detainees on a long term basis where she helped in the Right to Liberty department, advising those with severe human rights violations.

Ashley holds an LLB in Law and Spanish and completed her Legal Practice Course at City Law School.
