Angus joined the Dispute Resolution team in February 2009 and specialises in commercial litigation. Angus previously spent 2 years in the dispute resolution department of Herbert Smith LLP. Angus is a dual qualified solicitor in both England & Wales and New Zealand having qualified and practised as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand from 2001 – 2005 before moving to the United Kingdom.

Recent experience
- A defendant in claim brought by in excess of 500 Claimants against the providers of investment schemes and those involved with these schemes for amongst other matters dishonest assistance and breach of trust
- A claimant in relation to a multi million pound fraud involving the alleged dumping of waste materials, including obtaining Freezing and Search Orders against a number of defendants
- A defendant subject to a Freezing Order in relation to allegations of fraud and dishonesty
