Amicie is a Legal Assistant in the Regulatory and Professional Discipline practice area.
Amicie works closely with all members of the regulatory team to investigate complaints on behalf of the Health Professions Council and the Teaching Agency. This includes speaking with witnesses, drafting statements and liaising with the client.
Amicie had a previous career at the Hearing Aid Council (HAC), a former client of Kingsley Napley until the HAC regulatory function was transferred to the HPC. Amicie is currently studying towards the ILEX qualification.
Amicie has recently written a case commentary for the e-regulator, which was on a recent Administrative Court decision in the case of General Dental Council's Application, Re [2011] EWHC 3011 (Admin).
