Amanda joined Kingsley Napley in 2010 and has over 4 years’ litigation experience.
Having worked in the firm’s Criminal Department, Amanda now investigates and prepares a variety of complex misconduct and lack of competence cases in the Regulatory and Professional Discipline Department.
Amanda works for a wide range of regulatory and professional bodies, including the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, the Health Professions Council and the Teaching Agency. She has also investigated and prepared cases on behalf of the General Medical Council and the Security Industry Authority.
Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Amanda worked on complex, high profile and highly sensitive cases for the Counter-Terrorism division of the Crown Prosecution Service. Amanda studied at UCL and in 2010 she completed a LLM, for which she was awarded a Distinction.
