Alice Anderson

Alice joined the Dispute Resolution team in July 2010 and specialises in commercial litigation and civil fraud.  She previously practiced for six years in a niche commercial litigation and insolvency firm in the City.

Areas of expertise include:

Recent experience includes representing:

• a Defendant in a claim brought by 500 Claimants against the providers of investment schemes for amongst other matters dishonest assistance and breach of trust
• a Claimant in relation to a multi-million pound fraud involving the alleged dumping of waste materials
• a company in obtaining a freezing order against an employee who had allegedly misappropriated monies from the company’s bank account
• a high profile client bringing a claim against the police for wrongful arrest
