Adrian joined Kingsley Napley as a partner in 2009. Previously, he trained at Simmons & Simmons, where he qualified in 1988 and became a partner in 1995 before moving to regional firm DMH Stallard as a partner in 1998.

Adrian has wide experience of all areas of employment and partnership law including litigation in the High Court, employment tribunal and employment appeal tribunal, advocacy in the employment tribunal and employment appeal tribunal, outsourcings, mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and complex contracts. Recently, he has worked on large projects with clients including multinational companies, financial institutions and major law firms.

Adrian is married with two children to whom he provides a regular free taxi service and, between injuries, he plays tennis and badminton, runs and cycles.
